1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the SnoCart mobile application. We understand that plans change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process.

2. Cancellation Window
2.1 Instant Orders (10-30 minutes delivery)
- Before Order Acceptance: FREE cancellation
- After Order Acceptance: ₹20 cancellation fee
- After Dispatch: No cancellation allowed
2.2 Scheduled Orders
- More than 2 hours before delivery: FREE cancellation
- Less than 2 hours before delivery: ₹30 cancellation fee
- After Dispatch: No cancellation allowed
3. How to Cancel an Order
3.1 Through the App
- Open SnoCart app
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Tap 'Cancel Order'
- Select reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation

4. Cancellation Fees
4.1 When Fees Apply
- Order already accepted by vendor
- Delivery partner assigned

- Late cancellation: ₹30
- No-show cancellation: ₹50
5. Auto-Cancellation
5.1 System-Initiated Cancellation
Orders may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment fails or is declined
- Vendor is unable to fulfill the order
- Items are out of stock
- Delivery address is out of service area
- Customer doesn't respond to delivery attempts
5.2 No Charges for Auto-Cancellation
- Full refund processed automatically
- No cancellation fees applied
- Notification sent to customer
6. Refund Process for Cancellations
6.1 Refund Timeline
- Instant refund to SnoCart wallet
- 3-5 business days for bank refunds
- UPI refunds within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
6.2 Refund Method

7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Vendor-Initiated Cancellation
- Full refund guaranteed

No cancellation fees for:
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest
- Government-imposed restrictions
- Extreme weather conditions
8. Partial Cancellation
8.1 Item-Level Cancellation
- Available before order dispatch
- Minimum order value must be maintained
- Refund for cancelled items only

- Cannot cancel individual items after dispatch
- Bundle offers cannot be partially cancelled
