3. Location Data Usage

Customers

Customer location is optional and used only to show nearby stores and improve delivery accuracy. We do not collect continuous background location from customers.

Delivery Partners (Background Location)

• Enable real-time order tracking
• Provide navigation support
• Update delivery status automatically
• Improve route optimization
• Verify proof of delivery

Location is NOT collected when the rider is offline or has no active delivery. Location data is never sold or used for advertising.
